Send additional documentation to the auditor

Easily add missing or corrected files after a request is closed.

This feature allows the bank to upload and send additional documentation after a

request has been completed – without involving the auditor first. This helps speed up the process if something is missing or incorrect.

How to:

  1. Go to My Page

  2. Locate the completed request and open the [...] dropdown menu

  3. Select Add documentation

  4. Upload the desired file and click Send.

  5. You see a that the documentation has been added to "Uploaded"-section.


What happens next?

  • The auditor receives an email notification that documentation has been added.

  • The documentation appears in the attachments box in auditors dashbaord view.
