This feature allows the bank to upload and send additional documentation after a
request has been completed β without involving the auditor first. This helps speed up the process if something is missing or incorrect.
How to:
Go to My Page
Locate the completed request and open the [...] dropdown menu
Select Add documentation
Upload the desired file and click Send.
You see a that the documentation has been added to "Uploaded"-section.
What happens next?
The auditor receives an email notification that documentation has been added.
The documentation appears in the attachments box in auditors dashbaord view.
