To make it easier for banks that receive a larger number of requests each year, we have now launched a new dashboard - that gives you a complete overview of all requests, both received and answered via Brevio.
1.How does it work?
If you have more than one pending request in Brevio, you will now have access to all requests (regardless of sender) in one efficient dashboard. My Page is divided into four filters:
Waiting for you: The list contains all received and unanswered requests that are ready for the bank's processing. The list is limited to the last 12 months.
Awaiting cut-off: These are audit requests that have been received, but the cut-off/confirmation date is not yet passed. They cannot be answered before the date has passed.
Done: Gives you an overview of all audit requests answered within the last 6 months.
All requests: All audit requests the bank has received in the last 12 months are listed.
Remember! If you send your confirmation via Brevio, these dashboards are automatically updated, giving you complete control of pending and answered requests.
2. How do I access My Page?
You have probably received one or more requests from Brevio already? In that case, just click into any request and order access to the dashboard at the top right side of the page:
You will then receive an email (sent to the same email address as the requests went to) with a link to the dashboard. The link is valid for 7 days and new link can be ordered via expired link, or simply by ordering new via a previously received audit request.
