If you have received an e-mail from the auditor, with a request to connect to your bank, do the following:
In the e-mail from [email protected], click on the link "Go to overview".
This forwards you to the following screen 👇
Click on "Start connection"
This will open a separate connection process with Aiia (a Mastercard company). Follow the instructions given there (the process differs depending on your bank).
If the connection is approved, you will receive the following message after step [3] - and you can safely close all your tabs 👇
