Return signature request to sender

Used in case of errors or deviations in the signature request.

If the signing party discover errors or discrepancies in the document received for signing - you can return it to the sender with a comment.

You do this in the following way:

1. Click on the meny button at the relevant signing request

2. Click "Return to sender"

Alternatively via the document page:

  1. Open the sign request

  2. At the top right, you will find the meny button - select "Return to sender".

3. Enter the reason for sending the document back unsigned, in the field that appears, and send:

The sign request will now disappear from your dashboard, and the sender receives a notification that you have sent it back (with your comment).
