If you received a reminder via Brevio, there may be two reasons for this:

1. You have not yet replied to a request previously sent to you

In this case, we ask you to read and respond to the request so that the auditor can complete its audit in a timely manner.

A registered reply via Brevio will automatically stop the corresponding reminders. If you are wondering how to respond via Brevio, read our how-to guide here.

2. You have sent a reply by e-mail/mail, but the auditor has not registered the receipt

If the request(s) are answered outside of Brevio (via mail / e-mail), then the answer will not automatically be recorded. In these cases, the auditor must register the reply manually, and the reminders will be sent until the auditor do so. In this case, you have three options:

  1. Ignore the reminder (reminders are sent a maximum of three times per request and include all requests that are due).

  2. Tell the auditor to register receipt. The auditors contact information are included in the appended audit request.

  3. Upload and send the reply via Brevio. This will disable reminders for the given request.
