This guide explains how to retrieve a user key in Tripletex. The key must be shared with Brevio to enable the integration.
The process must be completed by a user with access to employees and API settings.
The user key can only have the same or less access to the system as the user you are creating the key for. In addition, you must be a user admin to see the "API Access" tab.
Steps
Log in to Tripletex and go to the menu Company and Employees. Select the employee the key should be linked to.
Open the More tab and choose API access. You will now see the overview of API user keys.
Click New token. A setup window will appear.
Search and find "Brevio_revisjon" in the application list, and enter the token name "Brevio_revisjon".
Click Create token. Tripletex will now display the user token. Copy it and send it securely to Brevio.
Important
The user key is only shown once. If it is lost, a new key must be created.
This is all that is needed for Brevio to retrieve the required data from Tripletex.
