Click on "New request" in the top of the dashboard:
Step 1. Select audit client
Search and select audit client. You can search from a variety of company registers. You can also add subsidiaries in the same request.
In the "Period date" field, you enter the confirmation date.
Step 2. Select request type and confirming party
Choose between bank, lawyer, supplier or Client.
Then you add bank connection (from search field):
Brevio maintains a large database with updated contact information for all supported banks.
Step 3. Preview and / or edit request
In this step, you can edit the request, as well as preview and see what the request will look like for your customer:
Step 4. Add more requests to the shipment
In this step, you can choose to add more requests to the shipment. Maybe your customer has several bank connections? In that case, you can send several requests in the same shipment to the customer. Click "Add Request" and repeat the previous step to add more requests, or "Next" if you are ready to ship.
Step 5. Write an email to the audit client
Brevio sends the request via e-mail to the audit client. Add email address and message to contact person. Here you can choose to use one of Brevio's own submission templates:
