If your bank is part of a banking group, you have likely experienced cases where a request was sent to the wrong bank or entity. In Brevio, it is easy to transfer the request to the correct bank, ensuring the process is handled efficiently.
How to transfer
You can do this by clicking the “...Options” button and selecting “Transfer request to other bank,” as illustrated below.
You will then be asked to choose which bank you want to transfer to.
Once the transfer is completed, it will be received by the selected bank immediately – and it will no longer appear in your bank's dashboard.
