Below is information in cases where there are special circumstances relating to logging into banks. The information is based on communication from the banks to us. If you find conflicting information, please let us know.
Norway
DNB | Business customers must use the 7-digit TB number (User ID), which is a DNB-specific ID consisting of 2 letters and 5 numbers. You can find it by logging into your online bank - go to "Administration" --> "Users" --> "User ID" |
BN Bank Bedrift | If your company identifies itself with "Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)" without having a person representing it:
In this special situation where (small) businesses are registered with a VAT number in BN Bank's Private Online Banking solution, you can log in with a VAT number, password and a personal code key generator (GO3).
It is not possible in the Corporate Internet Banking solution, where personal SCA using BankID is the only method. |
Sweden
Svea Bank | Svea Bank business account customers can log in with a Swedish Bank ID.
Svea Bank only has Swedish accounts with a clearing and account number (BBAN), not an IBAN. |
Skandia (Sbanken) | Skandia does not serve business customers. |
ICA Banken | ICA Banken offers banking services primarily to private customers and does not offer corporate accounts (for companies outside the ICA group) or APIs. Business accounts are therefore not included in ICA Banken's PSD2 Open API services. |
Ekobanken | Ekobanken business account customers can log in with a Swedish bank ID.
The user ID you need is your Swedish organization number.
You are required to sign, or otherwise agree to, specific open banking terms or agreements.
The business products available via PSD2 are payment accounts. |
Swedbank | As a business customer, you log in in the same way as a private customer, but if you have access to a business account, you must choose which profile to use and log in accordingly. Business customers need a special agreement and must also provide correct access rights to representatives. |
Länsförsäkringar | As a corporate customer of Länsförsäkringar Foretag, it is worth noting that a 12-digit Swedish organization number and a 12-digit social security number (SSN) are required to log in.
As a business customer, you log in to Länsförsäkringar Foretag via the mobile app and the web portal (Mina Sidor).
You need a social security number - BankID or Pinpad. |
SEB | For SEB Foretag/bedrift, you must submit "Företagens ID", which is listed as a 14-digit number.
The first 10 digits are the Swedish organization number.
The last 4 digits must be either "0004" or "0009" depending on your business structure (a sole proprietorship must use 0009 otherwise 0004). |
Finland
OP Financial Group | Business customers log in in the same way as private customers.
Business customers must sign a separate contract for a user ID for online services, required as user credentials.
All payment accounts available in OP's online and mobile banking are accessible through PSD2. |
Nordics
Nordea | For business users: Logging in to Nordea's Swedish business solution requires a 10 digit organisation number or a 12 digit social security number (SSN), if you run a sole trader company. The ID you sign in with have to match the selections you make on Nordea's interface. Logging in to Nordea's Finnish business solution requires an 8 digit FO number (no hyphen). The ID you sign in with have to match the selections you make on Nordea's interface.
So there are three different numbers that need to be inserted, Corporate Agreement no., Login ID of administrator 1 and Login ID of administrator 2.
Login to Nordea Corporate will only work if two separate persons log in, and both need to be administrators on the corporate agreement. |
