How to go about letting us know.

If you are dissatisfied with something, we would like you to let us know.

  • Send us your complaint at [email protected] or chat at www.brevio.com.

  • Everyone who complains to us will receive written confirmation that we have received the complaint, as well as information about how long it takes to process the complaint.

  • During the proceedings, Brevio AS will collect all relevant information about your case, so that we can make a thorough assessment of your complaint.

  • Part of the work consists of assessing any conflicts of interest and doing what we can to avoid or limit them.

  • We will answer you as soon as possible. If we take longer than estimated, we will let you know why and how long we think the processing time will be.

  • We will answer you in a clear and unambiguous way.

  • If we cannot accept your complaint, we will give you a written reason and information about the possibilities for taking this further.

The knowledge we gain through handling complaints is important to us. We want to learn from the complaints and use them to become even better.
