In some cases, it is desirable that other than the functional email address in the bank receive links to My Page. This can e.g. be to keep up to date on the progress of the response process or similar.
Brevio has taken this into account via the "Subscribe" option in My Page:
By including the e-mail of the person who wants access, that person will be copied in on all My Page e-mails. This includes:
Direct orders of My Page links via existing requests
Reminders to the bank, which includes a link to My Page (this is received a maximum of twice a week for outstanding requests).
NB! For security reasons, the e-mail to be subscribed must have the same e-mail domain as the receiving address in the bank. Furthermore, the subscription applies for an audit season, to ensure that only those who should have access have access.
