If a MitID certificate is set to use "pseudonym" instead of the user's name,this may be because:
User has actively chosen to hide his name, or
The user did not add a name when they created their MitID
In cases where the user forgot to add a name when they created MitID, we recommend adding this through NemID's self-service platform.
