Error message when signing and authenticating?

Are you experiencing an error message when authenticating or signing requests? This is probably due to a cookie blocking on your mobile or PC.

A cookie is a small data file that a website places on your device so it can remember you when you return. Since Brevio uses such cookies to keep track of sessions, blocking cookies may result in error messages 😕

Don't despair. Below are recipes on how to unblock cookies on your mobile or PC. The explanation covers the most common browsers, including:

  • Safari (iOS)

  • Internet Explorer

  • Chrome


Safari
To remove Safari's cookie blocking, make sure the following selections are turned off:

Settings> Safari> Block all cookies.

Internet Explorer

  •  Go to Tools

  • Internet Options

  • Then select Privacy

  • Select Advanced

  • Choose to accept cookies:

Chrome:

  • Open Chrome on your computer

  • In the top right corner, click More.

  • Click Advanced at the bottom.

  • Under "Privacy and security," click Content settings.

  • Click Cookies.

  • Turn Allow sites to store and read cookie data.
